Cancellation Policy
Please cancel all appointments within 24 hours. If you cancel after the 24 hour window you will be responsible for 100% of the service. If you no show (no notification) for an appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the service. These fees must be paid before booking any additional appointments. Gift cards will be voided if appointment falls outside of cancellation policy. Some exceptions apply and are determined on a case by case basis.
